Our History

Founded in June of 1983 by Bob and Marlene Lucian in an effort to pursue the American dream of small business ownership, Lucian's Trophies & Awards began their journey for success. Armed with the most reliable personnel they could assemble, their four children joined forces to operate the showroom and production facility while Bob pursued business development through the many civic volunteer organizations he assisted. He instilled in each employee the importance of producing a high quality product at a reasonable price as a path towards success. This path then lead the company into innovative diversification by entering the promotional products industry later that year and establishing an in-house screen printing department by year three. This proactive approach is the mainstay of our business philosophy and is the main contributing factor in becoming a recognized leader in the recognition industry. Now, some 20 years later the company has matured once again by investing in the latest technologies to produce high quality products and streamline order entry and tracking through computerization. We continually add additional services to meet the needs of today's' demanding business world. Since the company has grown beyond the average trophy and awards business, in October of 2003 the company name also matured to broaden the general perception of the business... Lucian's Trophies & Awards became THE LUCIAN COMPANY.
